Guarantee
We, unlike some online sellers, offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 5 year warranty is offered on all desks and tables. All other products are warranted for at least a year, some being 2 & 3 years. Please contact our sales team for more information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts i.e. mechanisms, casters, drawers etc and seating upholstery which is subject to usage related wear and tear. BT Office Furniture reserves the right not to apply a warranty in cases of inappropriate use or if a product has been tampered with by a non- authorised 3rd party.
Delivery Installations
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product delivery to mainland UK only. Deliveries elsewhere please call a representative for details.
Professional installation services available and carried out by factory trained technicians. We will deliver to any floor/multiple locations and remove all packaging materials when finished. Call for an extremely competitive quote. Retention of Ownership Property and title of the goods remains with BT Office Furniture until full payment has been received.
Returns
Made to order items, such as chairs covered in specific colours, cherry & grey furniture generally take longer to deliver and are non refundable items. Made to order items are an exception to the distance selling rule and will not be accepted as a return for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. All made to order goods are quality checked prior to dispatch to confirm they are fit for purpose and in good condition.
Missing/Damaged Items
On delivery if any parts are missing or faulty then BT Office Furniture must be notified within 24hrs. Missing parts will be dispatched ASAP. Faulty items will need to be reported and notify the alleged problem, sometimes needing support photos.
BT Office Furniture will organise replacement parts or will organise an engineer to attend, if it is deemed a manufactures fault then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Unwanted Goods/Wrongly Ordered
Goods will be collected and a charge of 20% of the RRP value will apply, to cover collection costs. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Made to order goods and goods assembled on site will not be refundable.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright in this web site is owned by BT Office Furniture and use of its content is prohibited unless authorised by BT Office Furniture.
Content and Prices
Every care is taken to ensure the information relayed to you on our website is correct, in particular pricing. If an order is received where we identify incorrect content you will be notified and we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your monies.
The fabric colours and material finishes shown on our website are only rough representations and can often display differently on different types/models of computer monitors.
Colour swatches can be obtained by emailing sales@btoffice.com. BT Office Furniture shall not be liable to any person/company for any loss or damage arisen from one use of information contained in the materials on this website.
